Charles V. Williams Scholarship Fund

Please join us in giving to the Charles V. Williams Scholarship Fund, which provides financial support for tuition scholarships for Black deaf or hard of hearing students seeking a degree from Gallaudet University. The first preference for awarding of the scholarship shall be given to Black deaf students from Ohio, in honor of Chuck’s 90th Birthday!
