Academics

When applying to a Gallaudet University graduate program, applicants certify that the information they submit during the admission process is their own work, factually true, and honestly presented. Graduate Admissions reserves the right to revoke an offer of admission should an applicant’s information prove to be materially incomplete or false after review by graduate admissions and other stakeholders. Each offer of admission requires that the admitted applicant satisfactorily complete any schoolwork in progress at the time of the offer and meet Graduate School standards for professional behavior and communication. Offers of admission expect that, if admitted, applicants will:

  • maintain or improve the level of academic performance achieved at the point of application for admission.
  • graduate from their current academic program.

If an applicant does not meet these expectations, or other circumstances arise such as unprofessional behavior, then Graduate Admissions reserves the right to revoke an offer of admission at any time prior to attendance.
